Attention Blitz Users: Vertex Joins the Ink Foundation & The Shutdown Sequence

Vertex (Blitz on Blast) has entered an agreement with the Ink Foundation to bring its core infrastructure and team to the Ink Foundation and broader ecosystem.

As part of the transition, Vertex will sunset all DEX operations across its nine EVM deployments through a carefully structured, four-phase process - beginning Tuesday, July 8th at 14:00 UTC with Phase 1.

Additionally, the VRTX token will be sunset. VRTX holders will be eligible for an airdrop of INK tokens at token launch with 1% of the INK supply allocated to Vertex token holders. VRTX holders will also receive boosted participation in an upcoming INK incentives program.

Users are strongly advised to close perpetual positions, repay borrows, and withdraw assets by Monday, July 14th at 14:00 UTC to avoid delays. Please refer to the blog post below for more details.
